Karuna is a Sanskrit word that translates to “compassionate action”. Using Reiki like energy along with chanting and toning Karuna provides healing on a deeper level. An aromatherapy massage includes a massage to the body and includes the face and scalp. The therapeutic properties of the essential oils used relax and balance your body and mind.
It includes some Swedish massage techniques, lymphatic massage, acupressure and reflexology.

Champissage or commonly referred to as Indian Head Massage, is an ancient healing modality connected to Ayurvedic medicine in India. It promotes stress relief, general relaxation and brings balance to the mind, body and spirit. It helps with head tension, anxiety, stiff neck and shoulders, eye strain and sinusitis. Many techniques are used with fingertips, palms, thumbs and whole hand massage on different areas of the head, face, neck, shoulders and back.
