Karuna is a Sanskrit word that translates to “compassionate action”. Using Reiki like energy along with chanting and toning Karuna provides healing on a deeper level. Some say that they have experienced deeper healing when sound is used in their treatments. Karuna Reiki® is a healing energy that assists us in awakening to Universal compassion. Compassion is a state of consciousness, and when combined with energy, has great transformational power.
An aromatherapy massage includes a massage to the body and includes the face and scalp. The therapeutic properties of the essential oils used relax and balance your body and mind.
It includes some Swedish massage techniques, lymphatic massage, acupressure and reflexology.
Balance the nervous system, encourage lymphatic flow and blood circulation. It can be relaxing or stimulating (detoxing) depending on your needs.

Aromatherapy consultations are available in which individualized blends are created specifically for you after a personal assessment is completed. Blends can be anything from bath salts, creams, lotions or diffuser blends.

This technique is a gentle method for neuro-vascular recalibration. Using massage like techniques this therapy brings attention to specific meridian energy points having a direct influence on the amygdala and our emotions. It is very relaxing and has a sedating effect on the brain. This therapy has been known to reduce anxiety, depression, enhance motivation and creativity and alleviate aches and pain.
Champissage or commonly referred to as Indian Head Massage, is an ancient healing modality connected to Ayurvedic medicine in India. It promotes stress relief, general relaxation and brings balance to the mind, body and spirit. It helps with head tension, anxiety, stiff neck and shoulders, eye strain and sinusitis. Many techniques are used with fingertips, palms, thumbs and whole hand massage on different areas of the head, face, neck, shoulders and back.
